ORDERING A POSTER

Are your posters really hand drawn?
Yes. All posters are drawn by Maria, who has more than 20 years as a professional illustrator. When placing your order, the photo you upload is used as a reference for the illustration, which is carefully drawn by hand.

A piece of arm and foot is missing in my photo – can you use it anyway?
Yes. Smaller adjustments can easily be made to the illustration according to your wishes and reference photo. If you’re in doubt, please send us your photo in an email or in a message, and we will take a look and help determine whether it is feasible or not.

I regret my choice of reference photo and would like to use another one – is that possible?
We have sometimes experienced that a customer regrets their choice of reference photo to draw the illustration and asked if we can draw a new illustration. Unfortunately, this is not possible. Every single illustration is carefully drawn by hand, and this process takes time. Therefore, we cannot simply draw a completely new illustration for your poster for free – and this is also the case if you choose to cancel your order and create a new one instead. If you should regret your choice of reference photo, Maria can draw a new illustration for a small fee of 100DKK. And you are always welcome to contact us if in doubt about your photo.

Do I get to see my poster before you print it?
Yes – always! Before we print your poster, you must approve the proof received by email. And you do not pay for your poster until it has been approved. As it is one-of-a-kind, the poster cannot be resold, and therefore there is no return policy after approval and print.

How soon will I receive the proof for review?
Usually, you’ll receive the proof no later than one workday after having placed your order. Remember to check your junk mail as we sometimes wind up here due to the attached pdf. If you have not received a confirmation email or proof, please reach out to us via email or a message, and we will take care of it as soon a possible.

What kind of paper are the posters printed on?
Our posters are printed on 230 g silk, FSC certified quality paper.

DELIVERY AND RETURNS

When will I receive my poster?
The posters er usually shipped the first coming workday after you have approved your poster, and you can expect to receive your poster within 1-3 workdays.

How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is free within DK, and shipping within Europe costs from 50 DKK.

Can I return my poster?
No. As every single poster is hand drawn and one-of-a-kind, it cannot be resold, and you cannot return it. Instead, you must approve your poster before we print it. When you received your proof for review by email, you can also cancel your order if you, for some reason, should be unhappy with the result.

My poster was damaged upon arrival – what do I do?
Should your poster be damaged upon arrival from the printer, it is important that you document the damage with photos of your poster as well as the packaging. Please send us the photos in an email and note your order number 24 hours after receiving your poster. Then we will make sure to send you a new poster.
